Requirements for Registration in the Mediator Registry
ARTICLE 16- In the third paragraph of Article 253 of the Code of Criminal Procedure No. 5271 dated 4/12/2004, the phrase “mediation in crimes and in persistent stalking offenses (Article 123/A)” has been changed to “mediation in crimes, persistent stalking offenses (Article 123/A), and insult offenses (second paragraph of Article 125)”, the phrase “three days” in the fourth paragraph has been changed to “seven days”, the phrase “In case of mediation, except for damages not detected at the time of mediation or arising after mediation, no compensation lawsuit may be filed for the offense under investigation;” has been added at the beginning of the fifth sentence of the nineteenth paragraph, and the phrase “lawyers or persons with legal education” in the twenty-fourth paragraph has been changed to “graduates of law faculty”.
Important Information
- After the training is completed, certificates will be issued following internal checks by our institution and sent to the addresses provided at registration via PTT Cargo. Your address and contact information must be up to date.

- Application for training and payment of fees are carried out online. Installment payments are not available for bank credit card payments.

Note: In case of absence with a valid reason or cancellation after final registration, refund procedures due to internal processes from revolving fund regulations may take approximately one month. Please take this into account before final registration.
