The Subtropical Climate Fruits Training Program provides practical knowledge on the efficient production and maintenance of fruits grown in subtropical climates. Participants learn to increase productivity through sustainable agricultural techniques.

This training is intended for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate required in trainings where it is mandatory.

Course Content: Subtropical Climate Fruits

  • Subtropical Climate and Agricultural Practices: General characteristics of the subtropical climate, areas suitable for agriculture in subtropical climates, the impact of climate change on fruit cultivation.
  • Fruit Types Grown in Subtropical Climate: Common subtropical fruit types such as avocado, mango, pomegranate, and olive; climate, soil, and water requirements of each fruit type; the most suitable cultivation techniques to increase productivity.
  • Fruit Cultivation and Maintenance: Seedling planting and maintenance processes, soil preparation and fertilization methods, irrigation and water management, pest control and natural protection methods.
  • Productivity Increase and Sustainable Agriculture: Best practices for high-yield fruit production, organic and sustainable farming methods, agricultural biotechnologies and innovations.
  • Market Analysis and Sales Strategies: Trends in the subtropical fruit market, marketing of products and export opportunities, business development and marketing strategies.

The training is open to corporate collaboration (institution/company legal entity packages); individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be restructured according to your corporate participant profile and needs. As a result of mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (face-to-face or online) are determined and the relevant processes are completed. In case of agreement, suitable dates and times for your institution’s participants and our instructors, as well as the training location, are determined.
