Training Information

  • Training Duration: 21 Hours (3 Days * 7 Hours)

  • Target Audience: Shift supervisors, field operations team leaders and foremen who manage or are preparing to manage teams in production, warehouse, shipping, assembly, maintenance-repair and field operations; senior operators and line leaders providing team coaching; shift supervisors, department/line chiefs and foremen; newly promoted first-line managers and employees in leadership candidate pools; and all blue-collar leadership positions who want to carry out their authority and responsibilities more systematically in the field.

Purpose of the Training

The aim of this program is to enable leaders managing blue-collar teams—from production lines to warehouse and field operations—to systematically manage daily operational challenges and transform these challenges into performance gains through practical leadership tools.

The program aims to transform superior–subordinate relationships into trust-based collaboration rather than authority-based management. Participants will gain awareness and practical skills to manage critical control points, identify hidden tensions in the field early, and intervene before crises arise.

Within the framework of communication, empathy, and trust, participants will develop practical competencies in giving clear instructions, managing expectations, providing effective feedback, and increasing motivation.

Ultimately, the program aims to transform shift supervisors, foremen, and field team leaders into strong leaders who manage people, improve processes, and enhance performance.

The training is open to corporate cooperation and individual applications are not accepted. The content and method of the training can be customized according to corporate needs.
