Training Information

  • Training Method: Face-to-face or Online

  • Target Audience: This program is designed for professionals who manage teams, projects, or units within an organization and have responsibility for people management. Middle managers, team leaders, department and unit heads, project managers, newly promoted managers, and high-potential leadership candidates form the core participants. It also provides a strong development platform for professionals working in HR and organizational development, as well as senior specialists coordinating different functions. The program is structured for professionals with strong technical knowledge and experience who want to strengthen themselves in human management, influence building, coaching approach, maintaining emotional balance, and sustainable leadership practice.

Purpose of the Training

The aim of this program is to equip managers with leadership competencies that allow them to consciously manage not only operational processes but also human behavior and team dynamics. Participants are encouraged to increase self-awareness, use their strengths effectively, improve emotion management skills, and create a sustainable sphere of influence.

The program aims to strengthen leadership that communicates with trust, manages conflicts constructively, enhances team motivation, and systematically improves performance. The training is open for corporate collaboration (organization/company package) and individual applications are not accepted. Training content can be re-planned according to corporate participant profiles and needs. Through mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) are determined, and relevant processes are completed. Upon agreement, the suitable date, time, and location of the training with your institution’s participants and our instructors are finalized.
