    This section will highlight the critical role of carbon management, how companies can monitor their environmental impact, and how they can reduce carbon emissions to build a sustainable business model.

2. Carbon Markets and Carbon Exchange

  • What is a Carbon Market?
    The fundamentals of carbon markets will be explained, including how carbon trading systems work, how carbon emissions are bought and sold, and the implications of carbon trading for sustainable development.

  • How Carbon Exchange Works
    This section will examine the mechanics of carbon exchanges, how trading is conducted, and the factors that affect prices. The buying and selling of carbon credits will also be discussed.

  • Regulation of Carbon Markets and Policies
    Participants will gain an understanding of the regulations governing carbon markets, including international agreements like the Paris Climate Agreement, and how these policies affect carbon trading.

3. Reducing and Managing Carbon Emissions

  • Carbon Footprint Reduction Strategies
    Strategies for reducing carbon footprints will be presented, including energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, and the integration of low-carbon technologies.

  • Carbon Management Plans and Reporting
    Information will be provided on how to create carbon management plans, carbon reporting standards (such as the GHG Protocol), and how to implement effective reporting practices.

4. Carbon Trading and Carbon Credit System

    This section will focus on how carbon credits are traded, how the mechanisms of buying and selling operate, and what opportunities exist within national and international carbon markets.

5. Impact of Carbon Management on Business Sustainability

  • Sustainable Business Models and Carbon Management
    This section will discuss how carbon management contributes to the development of sustainable business models, how environmental impacts can be reduced, and the role of carbon trading and exchanges in corporate sustainability strategies.

  • Economic Impact of Carbon Markets
    Participants will understand how carbon markets impact global and local economies, and how economic growth can be balanced with environmental responsibility.

 

The training is open to corporate collaboration (for the legal entity of institutions/companies), and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and your needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, the suitable days and times for your institution's participants and our instructors, as well as the location of the training, will be decided.
