Digital Product Passport Training Program check out our education.

The Early Childhood Science and Mathematics Education Program focuses on developing children's scientific thinking and mathematical skills at an early age. The program supports children's analytical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, contributing to their future academic success.

The training is for professional development purposes and is provided by the Vocational School. The certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in training that requires it.

1. Program Objective:
The Early Childhood Science and Mathematics Education Program aims to develop children's scientific thinking and mathematical skills at an early age. The program focuses on strengthening children's analytical thinking, problem-solving, observation, and creative thinking abilities between the ages of 3 and 6. It aims to increase children's interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields, laying the foundation for their future academic success.

2. Educational Content:

  • Fundamentals of Science: Children are introduced to basic scientific concepts (nature, matter, energy, living beings) through engaging and fun activities. They learn by observing natural events.

  • Mathematical Concepts: Basic mathematical concepts like counting, shapes, length, and volume are taught. Children learn and reinforce these concepts through games and activities.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Activities related to scientific and mathematical problems are organized to help children develop creative solutions.

  • Creative Thinking: Children are taught how to think creatively and inquire. Skills such as conducting experiments, making observations, forming hypotheses, and drawing conclusions are developed.

  • Introduction to STEM: In addition to basic concepts in science and mathematics, children take their first steps in engineering and technology. Creative projects and applications lay the foundation for STEM education.

  • Parent and Teacher Training: Guidance is provided to parents and teachers to help children develop their scientific and mathematical thinking skills. The training offers information on how these skills can be nurtured both at home and in the classroom.

3. Teaching Methods:

  • Active Learning: Active participation of children in the learning process is encouraged through play-based and discovery-driven teaching methods.

  • Experiments and Observations: Children explore nature and apply mathematical calculations in practice by conducting scientific experiments and making observations.

  • Group Work: Children gain social skills and learn through teamwork during group activities and collaborative projects.

  • Creative Workshops: Various workshops are organized to teach mathematical and scientific concepts through creative projects that capture children's interest.

The training is open to corporate partnerships (institution/company legal entities) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and your needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, suitable dates and times for your institution’s participants and our instructors will be set, along with the location of the training.
