Values Education in Early Childhood focuses on teaching essential human values to children. Values like empathy, respect, honesty, and responsibility are crucial for healthy personal and social development.

The training is for professional development purposes and is provided by the Vocational School. The certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in training that requires it.

1. Program Objective:
The early childhood period is a critical time for laying the foundation of values. The "Values Education in Early Childhood" program aims to teach children essential human values such as empathy, respect, honesty, and responsibility. It encourages children to incorporate these values into their daily lives and promotes healthy personal and social development.

2. Educational Content:

  • Values and Key Concepts: What are values? The program introduces the fundamental values that children can learn, such as empathy, respect, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, and cooperation.

  • The Importance of Values: The program emphasizes the role of values in children's personal and social development. Children are encouraged to be empathetic towards others and follow societal rules.

  • Methods of Values Education: Values education is delivered through interactive methods such as games, stories, group activities, and drama. These engaging techniques help children learn values in an enjoyable and lasting way.

  • Family Involvement: Families are encouraged to participate in their children’s values education. Family discussions and shared activities help reinforce the values learned at home.

  • Practical Applications: Children are provided with concrete examples of how they can apply the values they learn in their daily lives. Guidance is given to help them implement values both at school and at home.

3. Teaching Methods:

  • Stories and Fairy Tales: Stories and fairy tales that teach values help children understand abstract concepts in a concrete manner. These stories reinforce empathy and other values.

  • Drama and Role Play: Drama and role-play activities allow children to experience and learn values by "living" them. This method helps children develop social skills.

  • Group Work: Children learn values such as empathy and cooperation by working together in groups. Group games and activities promote social interaction.

  • Observation and Feedback: Educators observe children’s behavior, provide positive feedback, and track their progress in values education.

The training is open to corporate partnerships (institution/company legal entities) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and your needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, suitable dates and times for your institution’s participants and our instructors will be set, along with the location of the training.
