The training is for professional development purposes and is provided by the Vocational School. The certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in training that requires it.

 

 

 

Pastry and Desserts Training is a comprehensive program designed for those who want to acquire professional skills in baking and dessert making. In this program, participants learn techniques for pastries, cakes, pies, and traditional desserts, gaining a competitive edge in the industry.

1. Baking Fundamentals and Dough Making

  • Making bread, pastries, and simits (Turkish bagels)

  • Dough kneading, shaping, and baking techniques

2. Cake and Pastry Making

After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, suitable dates and times for your institution’s participants and our instructors will be set, along with the location of the training.
