Training Information
- Training Method: In-Person (Formal) Training
- Training Date: Specified in the group name.
- Training Duration: 18 Hours (3 Days * 6 Hours)
- Training Location: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus
- Training Quota: Minimum 20, maximum 30 participants. If the minimum number of participants is met in other provinces, in-person training will be planned in your province. Training is not planned for less than 20 participants, and fees will be refunded. If applications exceed 30, a new group will be formed.
- Participation Certificate: Given for 80% or higher attendance.
Important Information
The training is organized to support professional development and increase knowledge of individuals who meet the qualifications announced by the Expertise Department and have at least 5 years of experience in the field, as required by the Basic Expertise Department.
The certificate obtained after the training cannot be used as proof of 5 years of practical work in this field.

Training Purpose
The purpose of this training is to enable experts to make accurate, transparent, and legally compliant evaluations in calculation disputes arising under the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735. Participants gain practical skills to calculate approximate cost, price differences, progress payments, and delay penalties.

Day 1
- Introduction to Public Procurement Legislation
- Basic principles of Laws No. 4734 and 4735
- Types of tenders, contract principles
- The role of experts in procurement processes
- Approximate Cost and Contract Value Calculations
Day 2
- Types of progress payments and calculations
- Calculations based on quantity surveys and summary of works
- Conditions for applying price differences
- Examples of price differences under current legislation
Day 3
- Delay penalty and contract termination calculations
- Forfeiture of guarantees and contractual penalties
- Progress payment table completion exercises
- Price difference analyses
