What is a Petition? When is it Prepared?
The Serial Trial Procedure is a special criminal procedure method applied during the investigation phase, allowing for a fast trial if certain conditions are met. For this procedure to be applied, an offer must be made to the suspect, consent must be obtained, and all actions must be properly recorded. At this stage, the document called the “petition” comes into play.
