2. Developing Sustainability Strategy

  • Strategic Planning Process:
    How to develop an effective sustainability strategy, set clear objectives, manage resources efficiently, and create long-term sustainability plans. The integration of sustainability into organizational culture is also discussed.

  • SWOT and PESTEL Analysis:
    Tools used to analyze the challenges and opportunities organizations may face in achieving sustainability goals, including SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, Legal) analysis.

3. Setting and Implementing Sustainability Goals

  • Setting SMART Goals:
    The importance of setting specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound goals for sustainability and how to align them with organizational strategies.

  • Implementation Strategies:
    How to implement the set goals effectively and the steps required to run successful sustainability projects.

4. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Monitoring Sustainability Performance:
    Key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used to track sustainability strategy effectiveness, such as carbon footprint, energy efficiency, and waste management.

  • Reporting and Communication:
    How to report sustainability performance to internal and external stakeholders and develop a transparent communication strategy. Information on sustainability reporting and green certifications.

5. Risk Management and Sustainability

  • Sustainability Risks:
    Identifying potential risks in the implementation of sustainability strategies and how to manage them. How to integrate environmental, social, and economic risks into organizational strategies.

  • Crisis Management:
    Effective crisis management techniques for overcoming challenges faced during the execution of sustainability strategies.

6. Future Sustainability Trends

  • New Technologies and Innovations:
    The role of new technologies and innovations in the future of sustainability. How green technologies, circular economy, and digital transformation impact sustainability.

  • Global Sustainability Trends:
    A look at changing sustainability practices worldwide, evolving policies, and global sustainability trends.

 

The training is open to corporate collaborations, and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned based on the corporate participant profile and your specific needs. Following mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the related processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, the suitable dates and times for your institution's participants and our instructors, as well as the location of the training, will be determined.
