The aim of the "Sustainable Partnerships Training Program" is to teach participants the fundamental principles and application methods of sustainable partnerships. The program seeks to enhance sustainability awareness and support the development of collaborations that provide social, economic, and environmental benefits. Additionally, it aims to equip participants with skills such as effective communication, strategic planning, and conflict management, helping them to develop solutions for real-world issues. By the end of the training, the goal is to increase participants' capacity to create sustainable partnerships in their respective fields.

 

The training is for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in trainings where the MYK authorization certificate is mandatory.

    Key Concepts: Partnership, sustainability, collaboration.

  2. Principles of Sustainability

  3. Partnership Models
    Public-Private Partnerships: Definition, examples, and benefits.
    Collaboration with NGOs: Partnerships in social projects.
    International Partnerships: Examples of global collaboration.

  4. Management of Partnerships
    Strategic Planning: Defining partnership goals.
    Communication and Coordination: Effective communication strategies.

The training is open to corporate collaborations, and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and needs. Following mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (in-person, online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, suitable days and times for your institution's participants and our instructors will be established, along with the location of the training.
