The Agile and Scrum Training Program aims to enhance flexibility and efficiency in project management by effectively using Agile methods and the Scrum framework. This training equips participants with the necessary skills for successful leadership in projects that embrace Agile principles.

 

The training is for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in trainings where the MYK authorization certificate is mandatory.

    Agile is a flexible, fast, and efficient project management approach. It is based on quickly responding to changing customer needs and continuous improvement.

    The Agile Manifesto and core principles. Customer focus, working software, collaboration, and adapting to change.

    A brief introduction to Agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming (XP).

    What is the Scrum Framework?
    Scrum is a framework based on Agile philosophy that enables projects to be managed quickly and effectively. It is a structured method to ensure teams work with high efficiency.

    Definition of Scrum Roles
    Scrum Master: Ensures that processes work properly, removes obstacles, and enhances team productivity.
    Product Owner: Defines and prioritizes product requirements, communicates with customers.

The training is open to corporate collaborations, and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned based on the corporate participant profile and your specific needs. Following mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the related processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, the suitable dates and times for your institution's participants and our instructors, as well as the location of the training, will be determined.
