The Design Thinking and Strategic Design Workshop Training Program teaches participants creative problem-solving techniques. The program helps develop innovative solutions, optimize processes, and create effective strategies by adopting a strategic design approach.

 

The training is for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in trainings where the MYK authorization certificate is mandatory.

 

  1. Fundamentals of Design Thinking

What is Design Thinking?: Design thinking is a creative method aimed at problem-solving through a user-centered approach. We teach participants the fundamentals and importance of this methodology.
Steps of Design Thinking: We explore the steps such as empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing, helping participants understand how these processes work.

Business Model Canvas: We introduce participants to the key components of a business model, teaching them how to design business models using design thinking.
Value Proposition Development: Creating value for users and integrating this value with business strategy.
Market and Competitive Analysis: We help participants understand user needs and competition through market analysis and shape the design process accordingly.

Working with Cross-Functional Teams: We highlight the importance of collaboration in the design process, teaching how individuals from different disciplines can work effectively together.

The training is open to corporate collaborations, and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned based on the corporate participant profile and your specific needs. Following mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the related processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, the suitable dates and times for your institution's participants and our instructors, as well as the location of the training, will be determined.
